Search for Homes - Search at your leisure. You will receive an automatic e-mail from me - Michelle Sperry. If you would like me to narrow the homes and e-mail them, just send me what you are looking for. Feel free to call me at 951-295-3875. Our Realtor access allows us to narrow the homes and can make your search much simpler.
Sperry Team Listings - 2 places to look. The Home Page includes Exclusive Listings which sellers have asked us to hold off the MLS for now. The Sperry Team Listings Page shows the homes that are not in escrow at the moment. If you see a sign in front of a property and not on this site, it is probably in escrow. Just send an e-mail or call with the address. Homes do cancel escrow and we will check the status for you.
Manufactured Homes - Very important to read if you are buying, selling or investing in a manufactured home.

Buyers Tips - This is the most important page you can read if you are truly wanting to purchase a home. It is important to choose 1 Realtor and 1 Lender to work with. It can take as little as 30 day to move into your new home. If we are working to fine tune credit, it takes longer. As soon as the lender says we are ready to shop, we will. It is important to focus on lending first and your home search after we find you a good loan. (Be Patient. You do not want to lose your home in a year.)For your convenience, and upon request, I provide listings by email. I pride myself on repeat business and hope you'll come to understand why.

- Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
- Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other inspections such as termites.
- Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
- Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
