Well, allow me to share my "FIND" with you. I was raised in Los Angeles County which has become too congested
and cramped for many of us. After marrying, we decided to raise our family away from the hustle and bustle of
the City. In our search for the perfect setting to raise our family we found Sun City, and Menifee, and the rural
areas that surround them; Romoland, Homeland, Nuevo, Winchester, French Valley and the more populated
Hemet and San Jacinto. These areas have the best of both worlds to offer. Tucked away from the high
populations of the cities with conveniences close enough to be comfortable.
All along the 215 Corridor from the Ramona Expressway to 79 North, there are properties that offer great
values. The urbanization that has taken over Southern California has now made it's way to these rural areas,
